I led the BTL activation for the 3WAAU brand at the Singles Beauty Concert. My strategy was to maximize on-site buzz by designing an attractive, VMD-driven experiential zone and executing targeted influencer seeding. This combined approach successfully merged the physical experience with digital reach, generating 30K+ likes and significant social media engagement for the brand.

I managed and executed strategic influencer collaborations on Instagram and YouTube for 3WAAU. To maximize efficiency and reach, I employed a tiered approach utilizing both mega-influencers for broad awareness and micro-influencers for high engagement and conversion rates.
